The second element (B) consists of a special pulley with a box-shaped configuration designed to house a steel belt wound in a spiral and suitably loaded to generate a reaction torque capable of balancing the force exercised by the rolling shutter on the pulleys due to its weight. A pawl is connected to the end of the compensation means by a forked appendix (8), and it moves forward under the thrust of a return spring and engages with the toothed section (9a) of the forked plate (8c).

Easy Installation

The present invention relates to an anti-fall safety device designed for use in rolling shutters rolled around a series of rotating pulleys supported by a fixed shaft and attached to a torsion spring. At the same time, the microswitch of the safety device is triggered to immediately inform the user of the spring failure (by means of indicator lights or acoustic means), thus cutting out the supply of power in case of motorized shutters.
